1. Scope and authorization
Work begins only after both sides accept a written scope confirmation describing the deliverable, exclusions, customer inputs, source set, timing, price, and customer reviewer. A website request or free preview is not authorization for paid work.
2. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate, authorized information and timely decisions. The customer retains responsibility for strategy, pricing, technical content, professional or legal review, eligibility, representations, approvals, signatures, and final submissions.
3. Service boundaries
Business Ready Works provides administrative analysis, public-source research, structured working materials, and outside-in evidence monitoring within the accepted scope. We do not submit bids, access customer systems, sign documents, make customer decisions, or provide legal, tax, accounting, engineering, cybersecurity-certification, or other regulated professional advice.
4. Sources, assumptions, and changes
Deliverables are based on the sources available during the stated review period. Source owners may change, remove, or correct information. We identify material assumptions and unavailable information rather than inventing facts. New sources, new deliverables, expanded monitoring, or changed deadlines may require a revised scope and price.
5. Fees, payment, and cancellation
The accepted scope states the fixed fee and payment timing. No recurring charge is created unless it is separately described and accepted in writing. If Business Ready Works cancels before delivery, amounts paid for undelivered work are refunded. Customer cancellation and any partial-work treatment are stated in the scope confirmation before payment.
6. Review and corrections
The customer should review the deliverable promptly. We will correct documented factual, calculation, link, or scope-conformance errors reported within five business days after delivery. Requests that add sources, analysis, deliverables, or monitoring are new scope.
7. Confidentiality and data minimization
Initial fit review uses public information. Do not send credentials, payment-card data, protected personal information, or unnecessary confidential files. If an accepted assignment requires nonpublic information, the scope confirmation must identify what is needed, why it is needed, and the permitted handling method before it is shared.
8. Work product and permitted use
After full payment, the customer may use the delivered work product for its internal business purpose stated in the scope. Business Ready Works retains its pre-existing methods, checklists, templates, and general know-how. Public samples are illustrative and may not be represented as the customer's work.
9. No outcome guarantee
We promise the accepted deliverable and defined review process, not a bid award, regulatory result, revenue result, remediation result, or other business outcome. The customer makes and owns every final decision.
10. Contact and controlling record
Questions, approvals, corrections, and scope changes must be documented through atlas@businessreadyworks.com. The most recent mutually accepted written scope confirmation controls assignment-specific details.
